Always Full Performance! The Relationship between Burnout, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance in School Administrators

In this study, the job performance of school administrators, a significant factor effectiveness, was discussed. Accordingly, aim survey is to examine relationship between burnout, commitment and administrators. 320 administrators working in public schools Turkey participated research. research, causal comparative design correlational model, which are among quantitative research methods, were used. The data study collected using "Burnout Measure", "Organizational Commitment Scale" "Job Performance Scale". Descriptive evidential statistics techniques used analysis data. As result it determined that especially performances at very high level according perceptions School administrators' burnout found be low despite their medium school. A negative weak correlation organizational commitment. When analyzed terms demographic variables, principals higher than assistant principals. Burnout addition, revealed female male Demographic variables did not make difference on also founded continuance dimension predictors performance. Recommendations made light relevant findings literature.
